ESG-ESG Committee

To implement corporate social responsibility and sustainable development operation, LASER TEK makes an ESG Committee Organizational Charter in accordance with the company’s “LASER TEK Sustainable Development Practice Principles” for compliance. Effectively implement corporate governance, develop a sustainable environment and maintain social welfare.

The ESG Committee is composed of the Executive Office, Sustainable Environment Subcommittee, Social Participation Subcommittee, and Corporate Governance Subcommittee to promote the development of a sustainable environment, maintain social welfare, implement corporate governance, and strengthen the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information. Actively manage environmental, social, and economic-related risks and opportunities, and promote all employees to follow them. 目前，雷科高階經理人薪資報酬尚未與ESG相關績效評估連結，將持續關注及評估相關辦法冀望在未來將績效評估與ESG進行連結。截至2024年6月，永續發展委員會共召開2次永續發展委員會會議，向董事會報告永續發展相關執行成果，共計2次。
