ESG-ESG Committee

To implement corporate social responsibility and sustainable development operation, LASER TEK makes an ESG Committee Organizational Charter in accordance with the company’s “LASER TEK Sustainable Development Practice Principles” for compliance. Effectively implement corporate governance, develop a sustainable environment and maintain social welfare.

The ESG Committee is composed of the Executive Office, Sustainable Environment Subcommittee, Social Participation Subcommittee, and Corporate Governance Subcommittee to promote the development of a sustainable environment, maintain social welfare, implement corporate governance, and strengthen the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information. Actively manage environmental, social, and economic-related risks and opportunities, and promote all employees to follow them.
