LASER TEK TAIWAN CO.,LTD.（hereinafter referred to as the Company）is committed to respecting human rights and creating a fair, just, and dignified working environment. We are dedicated to protecting the basic human rights of our employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders. To achieve this, we have established a Human Rights Policy that not only complies with local laws and regulations in the regions where we operate, but also adheres to international labor and human rights standards, such as the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct（RBA）, the UN Global Compact, the International Labor Office Tripartite Declaration of Principles, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Human Rights Norms For Business, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

The Human Rights Policy applies to all employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders of the Company.

• Ensure the safety and health of employees by providing a safe working environment and healthy working conditions.
• Protect and respect employees' privacy rights, ensuring that personal data is collected and used in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Comply with the local regulations of the operation locations.
• Dedicated to environmental protection and minimizing negative impacts on the environment.

• Provide human rights training to enhance employees' awareness of human rights.
• Establish a human rights complaint channel to address human rights complaints from stakeholders.
• Regularly review and update the human rights policy.
